Description: Wonderment (NY) GR/RO, F, foaled February 9, 2013 (Cosmonaut - A Wonder She Is, by Three Wonders) finds herself in the top ten of the Kentucky Oaks Leaderboard with a victory in the 8 furlong $100K Grade III Bourbonette Oaks on the All Weather Track at Turfway Park April 2, 2016. Jockey C Velasquez and Wonderment set all the pace in a wire to wire performance and drew off to win by 3 3/4 lengths. Inconclusive came from far back and after a prolonged stretch drive she got up for second. Marquee Miss was chasing Wonderment all the way but fell short at the line by nose for the place.
