Jockey Ricardo Santana Jr. and Terra Promessa rated in the fourth spot as Cosmic Evolution and Ready To Confess showed the way around the Clubhouse turn and up the back stretch. Ready To Confess took over as they raced into the far turn and was joined quickly by Terra Promessa. Terra Promessa got clear as they straightened for home, however, Taxable gained ground steadily along the rail around the far turn and angled to the outside to give chase down the lane. Terra Promessa was all out to get the win by a neck over Taxable. Ready To Confess was 5 3/4 lengths further back in 3rd. Cosmic Evolution was fourth. The first four finishers earned Kentucky Oaks Points on a scale of 100-40-20-10. Terra Promessa is 4-0-1 from 5 starts and she has earned $440,600 for her owner/breeder Stonestreet Stables.
