Description: Secret Circle (KY) B , C, foaled April 13, 2009 (Eddington - Ragtime Hope, by Dixieland Band) had just one race in 16 months to get ready for the 6 furlong $1.5 million Grade I Breeders' Cup Sprint at Santa Anita Park November 2, 2013. Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert had Secret Circle ready to fire as jockey Martin Garcia broke him well out of post nine and kept him out of trouble. When the field turned for home Secret Circle was six wide and came running to collar the leader, Gentleman's Bet inside the 1/16 pole and went on to win by a neck over a fast closing Laugh Track. It was another 1 1/4 lengths back to Gentlemen's Bet in 3rd. Secret Circle was given time off after his second place finish to Bodemeister in the Arkansas Derby at Oaklawn Park April 14, 2012. Secret Circle was entered and won an AOC prep race on October 14, 2013. He has never run a bad race, his record is 7-2-0 from 9 starts and he has earnings of $1,878,790.
