Jockey Flavien Prat and Illuminant broke alertly and sat off the pace set by Fanticola. Fanticola set the pace until they were turning for home when Illuminant came up along side and went on by. Wekeela gained ground along the outside, was fanned wide turning for home and was all out to catch Illuminant. Illuminant wins by a length at the line. Elektrum came running late to get the show 3/4 lengths further back. Illuminant is 4-2-1 from 11 starts and she has earned $367,650.
