Description: American Pharoah (KY) B , C, foaled February 2, 2012 (Pioneerof the Nile - Littleprincessemma, by Yankee Gentleman) has keen interest after his racing career is over. Owner/breeder Zayat Stables reached an agreement with Coolmore Stud to stand American Pharoah at Ashford Stud when his racing career is over. News of this 'life after racing' seems to have put a spring in American Pharoah step as he dreams about his new career. He just won the third leg of the Triple Crown, the 12 furlong $1.5 million Grade I Belmont Stakes June 6, 2015. He reached legendary status...he is the 12th Thoroughbred in Triple Crown history to win all three Spring Classics; the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness Stakes, and the Belmont Stakes. While Coolmore has breeding rights, owner Ahmed Zayat retains 100% racing rights and all decisions to continue to race American Pharoah is Mr. Zayats.
